Data center projects in Bangkok metro

ArusGrid tracks 23 active data center projects in Bangkok metro, Thailand, with 873 MW of planned IT load. Of these, 6 are operational, 3 are operational and expanding, 5 are under construction, 2 are being commissioned, 4 are at the land and permitting stage and 3 are announced only. Projects under construction or commissioning account for 150 MW and operational sites for 114 MW of planned capacity. Operators have disclosed 51 MW actually running, a figure most of them do not publish.

The largest project is Evolution TH02 Bangkok at 200 MW, announced only. The operators with the most planned capacity here are Evolution DC (252 MW across 2 projects), Zenith DC (200 MW across 1 project) and DAMAC Digital (EDGNEX) (104 MW across 2 projects). Published colocation vacancy in Bangkok metro was 22.1% as of June 2026, on 113 MW of operational colocation capacity as counted by Cushman & Wakefield. Vacancy excludes hyperscaler self-build.
